The duration of each session is 1 hour and can be hosted in person at my practice space or online. Simply indicate your preference during booking. Sessions before 9am are automatically hosted online.

If you book packaged sessions, we will discuss the frequency and recurrence of your remaining sessions at the end of the first appointment, after which I will send you a recurring meeting invitation.
